I did not pass by a huge crowd of squeal-y teenage girls at the movie theater on Friday night (as we came out of Madagascar 2) wishing that I was in line to see Twilight myself. As I said last week, I do not plan to see it myself.
I did not skip dinner and instead gorge on movie theater popcorn and a big piece of chocolate. I also would not allow my 7-year old to enjoy that type of decadence with us.
I did not give in to my 17-month old when she cried wanting more of the double batch of Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies I baked and actually give her another one after she had two already.
I most definitely am not like Tim "The Tool Man" Taylor when it comes to picking out a turkey. After all, I did pass up the 30 pounder in favor of one that was only 27 lbs.
I am not planning to go downstairs to the principal's office when I finish this post and enjoy more than my share of delicious pies and cookies since Pie and Cookie Day at my school is not my most favorite day of school all year. Are you noticing the overindulgence theme?
